The XCZU47DR-2FFVE1156I Embedded System-on-chip (SoC) is a single-chip adaptive RF platform that meets current and future industry needs. The Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC family supports all bands up to 6GHz, thus meeting key requirements for next-generation 5G deployments. It also supports direct RF sampling for 14-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with sampling rates up to 5GS/S and 14-bit analog-to-digital converters (DAC) with sampling rates up to 10 GS/S, both with analog bandwidths up to 6GHz.
