The 99mΩ IPDQ65R099CFD7A in the QDPAK top-side cooled SMD package is part of the automotive-qualified 650 V CoolMOS™ SJ power MOSFET CFD7A product family. Compared to its predecessor, the CoolMOS™ CFD7A offers higher reliability and power density with improved design flexibility. Top cooling further increases power density, reduces parasitic source inductance, and features a Kelvin source pin and 3.2 mm creepage distance.
