The VNF1048FTR device is an advanced controller for high-end power MOSFETs designed to enable intelligent high-end switches for 12 V, 24 V and 48 V automotive applications. The control IC interfaces with the host microcontroller through 3.3V and 5V CMOS-compatible SPI interfaces to provide protection and diagnostic functions for the system.
