The A4919GETTR is a three-phase controller for use with N-channel external power MOSFETs. A unique charge pump regulator provides full (>10 V) gate drive at supply voltages as low as 7 V and allows operation with lower gate drive at supply voltages as low as 5.5 V. A bootstrap capacitor is used to provide the above supply voltages for the N-channel MOSFETs. Bootstrap capacitors are used to provide the above supply voltages for the N-channel MOSFETs. A logic level input is provided for each of the six 3.5 V power MOSFETs, allowing the motor to be driven with any commutation scheme defined by a controller.
