The QUECTEL RM500Q-AE is a 5G Sub-6 GHz module designed for IoT/eMBB applications. Using 3GPP Release 15 technology, the RM500Q-AE supports both 5G NSA and SA modes and is available in an M.2 package and is compatible with the EM06 LTE-A Cat 6 module, the EM12-G, EM120R-GL and EM121R-GL Cat 12 modules and the EM160R-GL Cat 16 module, making it easy for customers to migration from LTE-A to 5G.

The RM500Q-AE modules are industrial grade modules, suitable for industrial and commercial grade applications only.

The RM500Q-AE covers almost all major operators worldwide. The integrated multi-constellation high-precision positioning GNSS (supporting GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo) receivers simplify product design while greatly improving positioning speed and accuracy.
