The S27KL0642DPBHI023 Interface HyperRAM is a high-speed CMOS, self-refreshing DRAM with a HYPERBUS™ interface.The DRAM arrays use dynamic cells that require periodic refresh. The refresh control logic within the device manages refresh operations on the DRAM array when the HYPERBUS interface host (host) is not actively reading or writing memory. Since the host does not have to manage any refresh operations, the host assumes that the DRAM array can retain data without refreshing using static cells. This memory is more accurately described as pseudo-static RAM (PSRAM).
