PIC32CM5164JH00048-E/Y8X 32-Bit MCUs are SAM C21 family Arm® Cortex®-M0+ based MCUs. PIC32CM5164JH00048-E/Y8X has popular features, extended memory options of up to 512KB of Flash, and 64KB for designs that need functional safety, enhanced touch, or security. The devices are available in 32- to 100-pin package options. The MCUs are pin compatible with the SAM C21 family in the 32-pin, 48-pin, and 64-pin packages. This feature provides an upgrade path for existing designs or a scalable solution for designs.
