The Quectel RG525FNAEA-M20-SGASA is a 5G Sub-6 GHz LGA packaged module designed for IoT/eMBB applications. The module is based on 3GPP Rel-16 technology, supports 5G NSA and SA modes, is backward compatible with 4G, and supports Option 3x, 3a, 3 and Option 2 network architectures. The module is compatible with CMCC's RG50xQ module and Cat 12 high-speed module EG512R-EA (with some new pins added to RG525F-NA), which can meet customers' requirements for high speed, high capacity, low latency and high reliability.

The RG525F-NA module is an industrial grade module, suitable for industrial and commercial applications only.

Based on Qualcomm's advanced IZat™ positioning technology (Gen9C Lite), it integrates a multi-constellation, high-precision positioning GNSS receiver that supports GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo, and QZSS positioning technologies, enabling faster, more accurate, and more reliable positioning while greatly simplifying product design.

Built-in rich network protocols, integrating multiple industrial standard interfaces, such as USB 2.0/ 3.0/ 3.1, PCIe 3.0, PCM, UART, etc., and supporting a variety of drivers and software functions (e.g., USB drivers under Windows, Linux, Android, etc.), which greatly expands the scope of its application in the IoT and eMBB fields, such as Industrial routers, home gateways, set-top boxes, industrial PDAs, ruggedised industrial tablets, video surveillance and digital signage.
