The Quectel RG520FEUEB-M28-TA0AA is a 5G Sub-6 GHz LGA packaged module designed for IoT/eMBB applications. The module adopts 3GPP Rel-16 technology, with a maximum downlink rate of 3.4 Gbps and a maximum uplink rate of 900 Mbps. It supports 5G NSA and SA modes, is backward compatible with 4G/3G, and supports network architectures such as Option3x, 3a, and Option 2. The module is compatible with CMCC's RG50xQ series modules and Cat 12 high-speed module EG512R-EA pin-to-pin, which can satisfy customers' requirements for high speed, high capacity, low latency and high reliability.

The RG520F series modules are industrial-grade modules, suitable for industrial and commercial grade applications only.

Based on Qualcomm's advanced IZat™ positioning technology (Gen 9VT), the RG520F series integrates a multi-constellation, high-precision positioning GNSS receiver that supports GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo, and QZSS positioning technologies, enabling faster, more accurate, and more reliable positioning while greatly simplifying product design.

The RG520F series has built-in rich network protocols, integrates multiple industrial standard interfaces, such as USB 2.0/3.0/3.1, PCIe 3.0, PCM, UART, etc., and supports a variety of drivers and software functions (e.g., USB drivers under Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11, Linux, Android and other operating systems, etc.), which greatly expands the its application scope in IoT and eMBB fields, such as industrial-grade routers, home gateways, set-top boxes, industrial-grade PDAs, ruggedised industrial tablets, video surveillance
