The ISL58303DRTZ is a high-speed three-channel output laser diode driver designed to support the Pico projection module of the color field sequential laser light source. The outputs can be combined to achieve a peak total current greater than 3. 6A. The output channel is designed with independent programmable bias and threshold adjustment to support various laser diode manufacturers.

The ISL58303DRTZ offers outstanding power efficiency and a high degree of system integration, enabling compact and cost-effective system designs. To help reduce laser speckle, the ISL58303DRTZ laser driver features a high-frequency modulation input to modulate laser pulses. This can be used to achieve output pulses less than 1ns. The interface with the system is accomplished through a high-speed serial bus composed of SEN, SCLK and SDIO.
