The XC7K160T-1FFG676C Kintex-7 FPGA allows designers to build superior bandwidth and 12-bit digitally programmable analog while meeting cost and power requirements. 144GMACS digital signal processor (DSP) unique power consumption makes the versatile Kintex-7 device ideal for applications such as portable ultrasound devices and next-generation communications. Kintex-7 FPGAs offer 800Gbps peak serial bandwidth (full duplex) and include CPRI/OBSAI IP cores (9.8Gbps) optimized for distributed baseband architectures. The programmable Kintex-7 devices can also be easily reconfigured to support multiple wireless interfaces, such as LTE, WiMAX and WCDMA.

The XC7K160T-1FFG676C Kintex-7 has built-in support for 8-lane PCI Express (Gen1/Gen2) for connection to host systems. 7 series devices leverage the Xilinx Unified Architecture to protect IP investments and allow easy migration of 6 series designs.
