The LT6911GXD is a high-performance HDMI2.1 to MIPI or LVDS conversion chip ‌ for VR and display applications. It supports 8K resolution video output and is suitable for long cable applications with a maximum bandwidth of 40Gbps.

The LT6911GXD has the following key features and functions:

1‌, high performance video conversion ‌ :

‌HDMI2.1 input ‌ : Supports data rates up to 10Gbps for 8K/30Hz or 4K/144Hz video outputs. Adaptive equalization technology makes it suitable for long cable applications ‌.

‌MIPI output ‌ : supports single-port or dual-port MIPIDSI/CSI, with 1 high-speed clock channel and 1~4 high-speed data channels, using D-PHY, the maximum speed of each channel is 2.5Gbps, the total bandwidth of dual-port can reach 20Gbps; With C-PHY, the maximum operating speed per channel is 5.7Gbps, and the total dual-port bandwidth can reach 34.2Gbps‌.

‌LVDS output ‌ : supports single-port or dual-port LVDS, with 1 high-speed clock channel and 3 to 5 high-speed data channels, each channel's maximum operating speed is 1.2Gbps, the total bandwidth can reach 12Gbps‌

‌2, audio output ‌ : provides two digital audio output interface, namely I2S and SPDIF. The I2S interface supports 8-channel LPCM, and the SPDIF interface supports 2-channel LPCM or compressed audio, both of which support a maximum sample rate of 192kHz‌.

‌3, system control and automatic operation ‌ : the device is capable of automatic operation, implemented by an integrated microprocessor, using embedded SPI flash storage firmware. You can configure the I2C slave interface ‌ for system control.
