Product Description

XCZU49DR-2FSVF1760E is a Xilinx SoC FPGA chip designed to meet the complex requirements of modern wireless communication systems. The Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC platform integrates high-speed ADCs and Dacs, processing systems, FPGA programmable logic, forward error correcting codec modules (FEC) and integrated transceivers to provide a complete radio system solution ‌.

Programmable logic unit ‌ : ZU49DR's extensive programmable logic resources, including more than 930K logic units (LEs), 1,968 DSP slices and 44 32.75Gb /s transceivers and 28 16.3Gb /s transceivers, support complex logic design and high-speed data processing ‌.

Embedded processor ‌ : built-in quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 MPCore application processing unit, operating frequency up to 1.5GHz, and dual-core Arm Cortex-R5F MPCore real-time processing unit, operating frequency up to 600MHz, to meet the complex application processing and real-time requirements ‌.
