XCZU49DR-2FSVF1760I is a Xilinx SoC FPGA chip. Zynq® UltraScale+ ™ RFSoC integrates Gigabit sampling RF data converters and soft decision forward error correction (SD-FEC) into the SoC architecture. The Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC family simplifies system design with fewer components and provides platform hardware and software flexibility.

Embedded processor : built-in quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 MPCore application processing unit, operating frequency up to 1.5GHz, and dual-core Arm Cortex-R5F MPCore real-time processing unit, operating frequency up to 600MHz, to meet the complex application processing and real-time requirements .
Memory and storage capability : Rich memory and storage resources, including distributed RAM, block RAM, UltraRAM, L3 cache, etc., the total RAM capacity reaches 80.4Mb, supporting large-scale data processing and storage requirements .
