The ESP8684-WROOM-02UC-H4 is an integrated 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 (BLE) module powered by a RISC-V32-bit single-core processor up to 120MHz‌‌. The module has the following main features and specifications:

• Built-in ESP8684H2 or ESP8684H4 chip, RISC-V32-bit single-core microprocessor, the main frequency up to 120 MHz

• 576 KB ROM

• 272 KB SRAM (16 KB of which is dedicated to cache)

• Import the flash controller with the cache mechanism

• Support flash in Circuit Programming (ICP)

The ESP86884-WROOM-02UC-H4 uses a connector to connect the external antenna and is equipped with the ESP8684H4 chip.
