The JODY-W2 series modules are compact modules based on the NXP 88W8987 AEC-Q100 compatible chipset. It supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth EDR, and Bluetooth Low energy communication, making it ideal for industrial applications such as in-vehicle infotainment and telematics, machine control, and other applications that require high data rates. The module is designed to meet the requirements of operating at extremely high temperatures, such as telematics systems in cars. The JODY-W2 supports 1x1 single-antenna 802.11ac Wi-Fi operation with data rates up to 433 Mbit/s. The second antenna is dedicated to Bluetooth operation.
