Hirose Electric FH40 0.5mm foot pitch FPC vertical connectors feature a powerful actuator structure and a simple FPC insertion design, resulting in a 30% reduction in connection time compared to conventional FPC connectors. Designed for reliable mechanical and electrical connections to FPCs even in harsh working environments, these halogen-free vertical connectors feature an innovative actuator form for FPC insertion and engagement in the same motion. A side grip ensures accurate FPC insertion and the proven 'flip-top' rotary actuator design features a tactile confirmation locking design to ensure a secure connection. In addition, a unique terminal form holds the actuator in place. These connectors are also compatible with standard 0.3mm thick FPCs with a height of 5.8mm above the board.
