The Espressif Systems ESP32-PICO-V3-02 SiP module is an ESP32 System in Package (SiP) device based on ECO V3 wafers. It provides full Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® functionality. The module integrates an 8MB SPI Flash and a 2MB SPIPSRAM.At the heart of the ESP32-PICO-V3-02 is the ESP32 (ECO V3) chip. It is a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth combo chip designed in TSMC's 40nm low power technology. the ESP32-PICO-V3-02 integrates all peripheral components such as crystal oscillator, flash memory, PSRAM, filter capacitors and RF matching link. Assembly and testing have been done at the SiP level. the ESP32-PICO-V3-02 reduces supply chain complexity and improves control efficiency.
