Swissbit's EM-36 series of eMMC memory devices are rugged, reliable and cost-effective memory solutions for embedded applications. These memory devices are fully compliant with the JEDEC e-MMC 5.1 standard (JESD84-B51) and feature a 3D TLC NAND base technology in enhanced mode (pSLC). EM-36 eMMC memory devices are available in a BGA package optimised for the most demanding industrial and automotive applications. These memory devices provide a down-soldered form factor for embedded systems, delivering the performance of a large SSD at the price point of 3D TLC NAND. The price point of 3D TLC NAND is coupled with a range of smart features that support persistent data integrity and lower total cost of ownership.
