The IS22TF128G-JQLA1-TR product follows the JEDEC eMMC 5.1 standard. It is ideal for embedded storage solutions for industrial and automotive applications. The TLC mode NAND and eMMC controller are packaged into a JEDEC standard package, providing a standard interface to the host. eMMC controller directly manages the NAND flash memory, including ECC, loss equalisation, IOPS optimisation, and read sensing.
