The XA7S75-1FGGA676I implements the transceiver optimized automotive (XA) Spartn-7 FPGA device with low cost and high DSP bandwidth, using the high k metal gate (HKMG) process to provide the best combination of high performance and low power consumption to serve a variety of automotive applications. The XA Spartan-7 FPGA uses the same 28HPL process as the existing 7 Series family and benefits from many of the same underlying architectural elements. The result is a family of compact, cost-optimized FPGas that offer high logic and I/O performance, tight control of power consumption, and the ability to accommodate small size packages, all at low cost.
