The PSS20S73F6 600V, 20A, DIPIPM™ modules enable single-control power and optocoupler-free systems, where the small DIPIPM form factor is 66% of the large DIPIPM, making it ideal for home appliances and small capacity inverters. The DIPIPM module has a built-in bootstrap diode (BSD) and a compact circuit board. High voltage ics are equipped with drive, protection and level switching circuits for direct control from input signals via a CPU or microcomputer.
