The PSS30S73F6 is a 600V, 30A DIPIPM™ module in a small package with 66% of the form factor of a large DIPIPM, making it ideal for home appliances and small capacity inverters. The DIPIPM module has a built-in bootstrap diode (BSD) and a compact circuit board. High voltage ics are equipped with drive, protection and level switching circuits for direct control from input signals via a CPU or microcomputer.
