PM50B4L1C060 Mitsubishi Electric L1/V1 Series Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs) enable greater power cycling capability in high reliability inverters.The IPMs are created by building control and protection circuits into the IGBT module. The L1/V1 series improves power cycling capability compared to the L series, S-DASH SERVO series, and V series.The L1/V1 series IPMs have built-in protections including under-voltage, short-circuit, and over-temperature protections.The V1 series has low power loss and a compact package, making it suitable for inverters of 37 kW or more power and servo systems of 15 kW or more power.
