CM300DY-24S Mitsubishi Electric's T/T-1 series of industrial IGBT modules are equipped with a three-phase converter, inverter, and braking circuit (CIB), simplifying the design of inverter systems. The package size of the CIB module has been reduced by 36% compared to existing modules.The T/T-1 series introduces seventh-generation IGBTs produced using CSTBT™ and diodes, along with a cathode relaxation field (RFC) structure. The new structure eliminates soldered connections and extends thermal cycle life. The Mitsubishi Electric T/T-1 series of industrial IGBT modules improves inverter reliability, reduces power loss, and simplifies the assembly process.
