The IS43TR16512BL-125KBLI 8Gb DDR3 SDRAM offers high speed data transfer rates in a small FBGA-96 package.The SDRAM transfers data at a system frequency of up to 933MHz.The ISSI DDR3 SDRAMs are organised in a 512Mx16 configuration and have a supply voltage of 1.5 V. The SDRAMs have 8 internal groups that can run simultaneously. The SDRAM has 8 internal groups that can operate simultaneously. Other features include 4 or 8 programmable burst lengths, programmable CAS delays, auto-refresh and self-refresh modes.
