The W25Q32JWSSIQ (32M bit) serial flash provides a storage solution for systems with limited space, pins, and power, providing flexibility and performance beyond normal serial flash devices. The W25Q32JW array is divided into 16,384 programmable pages with 256 bytes each. The device is powered by a 1.7V to 1.95V supply and consumes as little as 0.1µA in off mode.
