W25Q128JWPIM (128M bit) NOR flash provides flexibility and performance beyond normal serial flash devices. The device is powered by a single supply of 1.7V to 1.95V, with active power consumption as low as 1mA and off power consumption as low as 1µA. The 25Q series is ideal for mapping code to RAM, executing code directly from dual/quad-channel SPI (XIP), and storing voice, text, and data.
