The u-blox JODY-W3 host-based automotive modules are compact modules that utilise the NXP JODY-W377-00A to provide a wide range of communication capabilities. u-blox JODY-W3 features include Wi-Fi ®, Bluetooth ®, and Bluetooth Low Power. The modules are ideally suited for in-car infotainment and telematics applications that require high data rates, such as creating in-car hotspots, enabling Wi-Fi display functionality (e.g. Apple CarPlay) and streaming video between multiple devices. The modules operate in multiple modes, including Wi-Fi 1x1 and 2x2 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax (2.4GHz and 5GHz bands) and dual-mode Bluetooth 5.3.
