The SG560D is a series of multi-network 5G smart modules based on Qualcomm QCM6490 processor (1 Gold plus core at 2.7 GHz, 3 Gold cores at 2.4 GHz and 4 Silver cores at 1.9 GHz) with built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GNSS functions and integrated high-capacity memory unit for Android OS. The SG560D series consists of two sub-models: SG560D-CN* and SG560D-EU*.

Supporting 3GPP Release 15, it supports 5G NSA and SA modes and is backwards compatible with 4G/3G networks. It also supports Wi-Fi 6E & DBS, IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Wi-Fi 2 × 2 MU-MIMO and Bluetooth 5.2 technology.

Support for 5G & LTE Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) technology allows the use of multiple receive antennas at the same time and in the same frequency band at the receiver side, thus significantly reducing BER and improving communication quality. The module also integrates multi-constellation GNSS receivers, supporting GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, NavIC, Galileo, QZSS and SBAS positioning systems for fast and accurate positioning.

SG560D series modules integrate feature-rich interfaces (such as LCM, camera, touch screen, PCIe, UART, USB, I2C interface and I2S, SWR audio interface, etc.), greatly expanding its application in the M2M field, which can be widely used in smart gateways, CPE, MiFi, MID, PND, POS, routers, data cards, vehicle terminals, Smartphones, digital signage, security and industrial grade PDAs.
