VS-GP300TD60S 600V IGBT power module with channel PT IGBT technology, especially suitable for TIG welders. The IGBT combines Hexfred and Fret PT diode technology and is UL compliant. Features such as INT-A-PAK enable designs with limited height requirements on boards that require high voltages and currents. The module is also used in applications such as home appliance motor drivers, electric vehicle motor drivers, solar inverters, UPS and power factor correction converters.
