The LCMXO2-1200HC-4TG100I MachXO2 programmable logic devices (PLDs) include six ultra-low power, instant-start, non-volatile PLDs with densities ranging from 256 to 6864 look-up tables (LUTs). In addition, Lattice Semiconductor's MachXO2 family of PLDs offers features such as embedded block RAM (EBR), distributed RAM and user flash memory (UFM), making these devices available for low-cost, high-volume consumer and system applications.

MachXO2 devices are designed in a 65nm non-volatile low power process and are available in two versions - ultra low power (ZE) and high performance (HC and HE). machXO2 is also available in a variety of advanced halogen-free packages and offers enhanced I/O features such as drive strength control, slew rate control, PCI compatibility, bus retention latches and pull-up resistors. machXO2 also MachXO2 also offers flexible, reliable and secure on-chip Flash memory configurations.
