The BG950AGLAA-N06-SGNSA is an ultra-compact LPWA module with an integrated GNSS engine that supports LTE Cat M1 and LTE Cat NB1/NB2 bands. It is fully compliant with 3GPP E-UTRA Release 13/14 specifications and offers a global carrier band mix.

Utilizing the MIPS 5150 processor, the BG95xA-GL utilizes integrated RAM and Flash memory to achieve ultra-low power consumption and very low current consumption in all standby/sleep modes, including 3GPP PSM and eDRX. The BG95xA-GL also includes a GNSS and cellular positioning engine with support for GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS. The BG95xA-GL also features a comprehensive hardware-based safety feature, the Integrated Safety Element (ISE).

With its ultra-compact SMT form factor of 23.6mm × 19.9mm × 2.2mm and high level of integration, integrators and developers can easily design applications utilizing its low power consumption and compact structure.The BG95xA-GL's advanced LGA package enables fully automated manufacturing required for large-scale applications. Rich Internet protocols, industry-standard interfaces and extensive features enable the series to serve a wide range of IoT applications such as wireless POS, smart metering, tracking, and wearable devices.
