The LG69TAAMD is a high-precision GNSS positioning module based on ST's 5th generation positioning chip. It can simultaneously receive and track dual-frequency signals (L1 + L5 or L1 + L2) from multiple GNSS constellations (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BDS) and QZSS. Based on the higher accuracy of dual-frequency raw observations, combined with RTK (carrier phase difference) technology, the LG69T series can achieve centimetre-level positioning accuracy within seconds, greatly improving the positioning accuracy of the device.

At the same time, the module's built-in algorithm incorporates an IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), which combines the speed and direction information provided by the vehicle with inertial navigation algorithms to achieve continuous positioning under weak or no-signal conditions. Through the fusion of dual-frequency, RTK and inertial navigation algorithms, the LG69T series can meet the high-performance requirements of GNSS systems in the field of autonomous driving, such as centimetre-level positioning requirements, nanosecond real-time response, and vehicle-to-vehicle time and position sharing.
