The LCMXO2-7000HC-4FTG256I MachXO2 programmable logic devices (PLDs) include six ultra-low power, instant-start, non-volatile PLDs with densities ranging from 256 to 6864 look-up tables (LUTs). In addition, the MachXO2 family of PLDs offers features such as embedded block RAM (EBR), distributed RAM and user flash memory (UFM), making these devices available for low-cost, high-volume consumer and system applications.
