Overview:

The LM5007MMX is a 0.5A buck switch converter incorporating all the functionality required for a low-cost, high-efficiency step-down regulator. This high-voltage converter features an integrated 80V, 0.7A N-channel buck switch capable of operating over an input voltage range of 9V to 75V. The device implements intelligent current limiting with a forced shutdown time inversely proportional to VOUT. This current limiting scheme ensures short-circuit protection while minimising load current foldback.
