The ISO7041FDBQR device is an ultra-low power multi-channel digital isolator that can be used to isolate CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/O. The logical input and output buffers of each isolated channel are isolated by a dual-capacitive silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulated gate. The innovative edge-based architecture combined with the on-off key-based modulation scheme enables the isolator to have very low power consumption while complying with the 3000VRMS isolation rating specified in the UL1577.
